I am an employee at FTC and the management told me one thing during the interview and something different once I was hired. They chose someone to train me who didn't even know the seat numbers. Two out of the four managers were nice. The other two were very nasty and rude. They never once told me I was doing a good job. They only spoke to me when I messed up or got blamed for them telling me a wrong table number...multiple times. The food is good but how some of these people came to be in charge makes no since.
