DO NOT RENT FROM FOX! Rented a month in advance. Got off my flight and they wanted to charge me an extra 661.00 on top of the rental I already paid!! Would have been 800.00 for a 4 day rental!
The WORST rental car company that I have ever rented from. From their extra fees, to the 10,000+ miles over on maintenance, to having to exchange our car the first night in because the wheel was about to fall off. Seriously BEWARE!! Paying just a tad more somewhere else would be the best idea.
Fox renta car airport location gave me a nice car and quickly, all was good, but ... the battery was old and car has 75k miles....the battery started causing problems, car would not start... So i called the road assustance. She told me to go back to the airpirt but that is 1hr drive with no traffic plus $7 toll and i was calling during rush hour... and rushing to my class.... the road assistance lady said the only fix locations nearby are SFO abd San Jose... both at least 1hr away.
