Therapists are great, customer service is horrible, and accounting/billing is even worse. We continually received multiple billings for the same service and 6 months after payments are cashed, they started sending “revised bills” expecting more money. After months of trying to resolve the issues, they acknowledged that the accounting and general customer service is run through a foreign call center. Fox rehab cashed a $2000 check and refused to credit it to the account after I produced the canceled check and called multiple times. They are looking to take advantage of the elderly. Find another rehab provider.
