Fox Realty is now closed, but is still listed under a Valley Springs phone number on Google. Whoever took over the realty did not have records of my rental property because Fox failed to transfer all records from the rental. Because of this, I am having an extremely difficult time getting my deposit back from the property owner. Absolutely ridiculous and completely irresponsible, I can see why they closed down.
I would never purchase any real estate from them. They set me up with a note servicing center that doesn't even report my monthly payments to the credit bureau. Plus they charge 35.00 for vom, playoffs and other mortgage related documents. They are the worst realty management in the nation
Lived at one of their properties for 5+ years & they stole $130.00 from my deposit for "cleaning baseboards." When I called to get my money back, an old hag said in a snarky tone "No, it's in your contract so it's ok to take it." Wrong hag! California tenant law states to return full deposit barring significant damage after living at property for 5+ years. There was NO damage and the house was in better condition than when I moved in.
