We had our pool installed 2023. I’ll be honest we had some issues with the liner, however Fred worked with us and ordered a new liner and we had it reinstalled in 2024. Neal the pool guru is fantastic! He knows his pools. I hope Fox Pools appreciates Neal and his professionalism and knowledge.
Love interacting with the staff as they are always transparent and friendly. For the past 2 years I haven’t went anywhere else for my pool needs. Their prices are lower than others and they are always willing to help in any way they can. True professionals! Keep up the great work!
Don't do it! Worst pool company of the Carolinas. Don't have any records of doing pool of a neighbor I'm trying to help. Liner came out of track after 3 years, obviously improperly installed. Lady on phone said they have no record they installed pool even though skimmer lid, steps and filter have the Fox logo. Customer never received any paperwork like a liner warranty card that has a serial number. Now they have to spend extra money on AB measurements because Fox crazy designs.
