My experience with Fox Point has been nothing short of horrendous! I don’t live here, my daughter does. Reading review from last year about “snow” melting and leaking on the second floor and was brought a bucket and maintenance was done! Same thing happening now! Brought a bucket and the manager told my daughter to just move your bed! The leak is right in the middle of the room so not sure where she thinks she should move her bed Unfortunately for Fox Point I know the law and they HAVE TO FIX the leak.
