The maintenance has been completing maintenance requests for the toilet in our bathroom as completed however they were not fixed. I notified the manager in writing that this was not fixed and they still never fixed it even after the responded to the email I sent We had the bathroom ceiling cave in, after reporting the leak several times, while we were in the bathroom and chunks of the ceiling were falling down with fecal matter from other apartments dripping into the bathroom. Wall crack was repaired in 2 days Looks pretty good Contractor fortunately came at the right time of day to catch me, so. Only thing that could be improved would be to give a call or email by evening before when inside apartment maintenance is to be performed.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Unnecessary construction work in 2025. The building was just fine the way it was. Now my apartment has been compromised. (Heartbroken)
