I had emailed them about a listing for a two bedroom at 775. They said they'd email me with updates within a few days, as it wasn't quite available. Touched base a few days later with no response. Checked the listing again this morning. It's currently available at 850. Super shady and unprofessional. Stay away from that kind of toxicity.
How do you actually get in touch to even view an apartment? No one ever answers the phone nor emails. If this is indicative of how they would resolve issues once you’re a tenant, it’s definitely not worth it.
You won't find a better deal than what you will get here. You are literally a minute or less away from the interstate. Walmart and Hy-Vee are minutes away. And I swear that the QT down the street always seems to have the lowest gas price in Omaha. If you have issues, you can reach out to Dan, the manager/owner and he will try to find a solution for your issue. He will work with you as long as it is within reason.
