I recently needed an inspection on a possible purchase. The technician that was sent was more interested in my iron levels that he was collecting than any of my actual questions and then stormed off and left me stranded, literally drove away instead of helping me or answering any questions. When I called the company, they defended this behavior and refused to help my urgent request. I haven’t dealt with any professionals that handle business this way. DO NOT expect help here.

Called to have my furnace looked at and fixed.Has a standard warranty. They refused to fix it.Sad place.Any certified or licensed person can fix this. Called the maker of the furnace to find this out.called the place they said they called wouldn't to honor the warranty and that was a lie.Its under warranty with ducane.

We used Fox for a number of plumbing issues (I had a list lol). They came the same day I called them and took care of everything! Prices were completely reasonable, and the technician couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend them based on this experience, and I plan to call them first for any future needs we have.
