I have been living in this apartment for four years and am so happy. It is a place which is well maintained and the landlady Karen herself looks to each task, updates and manages it extremely well. The outsides, like parking area is laid timely, snow is removed early morning before we start off our cars for work, building inspections, both inside and outdoor maintenance is looked after so well. She will not rest till the task gets done. An amazing amazing experience to live here in the hub of St. Charles, i love it!
Great place to live the landlady Karen is also very good she keeps up with all maintenance that is required very efficient like the place will definitely recommend this place
Attention attention st charles people , i live in this place for 5 year , and paying rent regularly, the owner her name is karen she never maintains anything in those year , we living with out heater and hot water for more then 10 days, the apartment is not worth the rent it was so massy and dirty,after we end lease she did not give us security deposit after long discussion with her she only send check for $178 out of 1200$ and saying that she cleaned home that she did not doing anything and she show us fack wallmart bill,sh... read more
Nice apartment. Very roomy, superb location! Property manager is extremely nice, friendly, and genuinely caring; however, she is swamped by her caseload, so general communication is not always prompt, and maintenance service can take weeks or months--if you even get a response or service. Property manager rushed me into the apartment as close to the beginning of the month as she could. Although I was in no hurry, I did not mind at the time.
