I went there earlier today with my wife and 2 year old and not many people seem interested in helping out. It took us awhile to get somone to help (strange for a dealership that isn't busy, usually you cant even get out of your vehicle before being approached). I had scheduled an oil change and coolant flush appointment over 3 weeks in advance, just to be told they don't have any of my coolant in stock. The excuse was they work on one Fiat a year, but I gave them ample warning about my car's service. Oil change took an hour, but at least my car still runs after

Bought my 2020 Chevy equinox from Fox 8 months ago and have had a ton of brake problems. They told me the brakes passed safety inspection then come to find out months later that Calipers are not a part of the their safety inspection.

Just bought a new ram truck here this week. Jerry, and everybody else at the dealership for that matter, were absolutely amazing to work with at every step. First Jerry answered my hundreds of questions by text, helped me find exactly what I wanted without ever feeling like he was pushing me toward something I didn't want, and then was incredible about working with my schedule to make it all happen. I can't say enough good things about my experience here.

We're new to the Upper Peninsula, but not new to having my vehicle serviced. I called for an appointment to have a routine oil and filter change. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. The service team is friendly and make you feel at home. The work was done and I was on my way home. We're learning that moving to the UP was a great choice, since we have yet to encounter poor service and the lifestyle is exactly what we'd been looking for - laid back, and less stressful.
