Bought my 2020 equinox from them and they promised to replace brakes prior to my purchase which they did not do. I went back twice after my purchase for brake repairs which they did cover the cost of but they never put full effort into the repairs and I’m still having problems and need a new rotor and caliper installed within 2 months of purchasing. Will be bringing my car to a different mechanic who will compete the full repair, will never buy another car from Fox after this experience.

I bought a 2020 Equinox a month ago and have had multiple brake problems with the car since then. The service department replaced the brakes before buying so I assumed they would be good to go for a while but they are now quoting me a $500+ repair before my first payment and the manager has not returned my call to discuss this issue. Unfortunately will probably not recommend buying or servicing your car here
I purchased a vehicle from Fox Negaunee and was very pleased with the transaction. The salesman explained how everything worked on the car. The financial person explained all the documents to me. They emphasized that if I had any questions or problems with the car I should call and they would help me. I definitely would buy another vehicle from them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle.

The process took a lot longer than it should have and they seemed upset about me denying the $10,000 warranty.
