I bought a 2020 Equinox a month ago and have had multiple brake problems with the car since then. The service department replaced the brakes before buying so I assumed they would be good to go for a while but they are now quoting me a $500+ repair before my first payment and the manager has not returned my call to discuss this issue. Unfortunately will probably not recommend buying or servicing your car here
I purchased a vehicle from Fox Negaunee and was very pleased with the transaction. The salesman explained how everything worked on the car. The financial person explained all the documents to me. They emphasized that if I had any questions or problems with the car I should call and they would help me. I definitely would buy another vehicle from them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle.
Inquired online about a vehicle and they messaged me constantly about it. Decided to go and look at it. Made an appointment, sales person was with another customer during my scheduled appointment. The process took a lot longer than it should have and they seemed upset about me denying the $10,000 warranty. I asked for the price ahead of time which they didn’t want to give me and had a check for the exact amount. Highly recommend considering Fox Negaunee for vehicle purchases or service. Fox has friendly and helpful staff that made the vehicle buying / leasing process smooth, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. They eliminated the typical stressors associated with vehicle shopping and offered fair prices, hospitable service, and readily answered questions. A special thanks to Joel in sales for being a stellar salesperson and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely return and recommend others to check them out!
