I had ok service with lisa. She buffed too fast. Not sure what they clean the place with.very dusty. My mom did not want to come with because not sure how sanitary places r period.not only this place. Lisa also said if shellac nails come off to c her in 1 to 2 weeks. We will c when. The nail polish was sricky so she used something to thin it out. Not sure about that. Not sure about nail licensing here....did not ask. Not clear english.language barrier..

this place does an awesome job on ur nails. but the man who did my nails left me in shear udder pain! i jerked my hands away several times and told him it hurt and he still continued on filing and ripping at my nails. all other visits have been pleasant except for this time. and it was for my birthday. left me very upset that i got better service on other days but not even a deal or good service for my birthday. i dont know if i would want to go back.

I received a pedicure Friday night and all of the polish on each toe but 1 had completly peeled off by Tuesday night. They did re-do for free, but it was still a hassel to go back in.

I have had many pedicures from each of the techs at Fox's. Let me say, each time it has been a long exhausting process for each one of them. They are courteous. They always ask if I want something cold to drink. They take their time scrubbing off my heavy callouses. When I don't want to talk, they let me take my book and enjoy my experience. They truly love to pamper people. They always try to do a professional job. The owner is involved with making sure each one of the clients is fully serviced. I thought they were very focused on a full nail/spa experience - very relaxing. Nice folks, decent atmosphere!

Time is money! Overpriced for the service I received. I was in at 10 and out by 10:30. I sat in the foot soak for 15 before the nail tech appeared and then she sped through the pedicure in a whopping 10 minutes. Buffing consisted of a quick rub down with the sugar or salt scrub and one quick swipe with the buffing stick. She only did one coat of polish before she stuck me in front of a fan sitting on the floor. Then she was off to her next appointment.
