RecommendedThey were quick to help when another moving company failed to meet my expectations. Their employees are fast, efficient, friendly and I was overly happy with the outcome!
Worst experience. They were 1.5 hours late, it took them over 7-8 hours to get things done. They would not take all of our stuff and would not use anything but a dolly. There were suppose to be three guys up and down steps, but only two showed and one said I don't get paid to walk up steps. Then, had attitude and wouldn't help. All I can say is Fox SUCKS!! I read reviews & still have them a chance because they had the least complaints from what I read but boy was I wrong! Showed up an hour late after they called me to see if I would rather have a early morning our afternoon move. I basically listened to the 2 guys argue & curse each other until I jumped in & started helping load my own things because I knew it was only gong to cost me. I had the privilege of having 2 young gentlemen (who's names I truly hate that I can't remember) come into my 3rd floor one bedroom apartment and move all of my furniture with so much care. They were on time, efficient and a joy to talk to. I definitely would not have been able to move any of this stuff by myself. RecommendedThe guys were early and extremely accommodating. I had accidentally scheduled with the wrong moving company and Fox jumped in to save the day. I most definitely will refer them and use them again myself!
We could not have been more pleased with our movers Beverlee and Chris on my daughter's move out from an apartment in May. They arrived within a 30 minute window, had the boxes we had requested, and went right to work. They moved us out quickly and professionally. We will use them when she moves to her new apt in the fall. We packed ourselves and so far, highly recommend them!
Truck 607 decided it would be a good idea to pull out in front of me today. Causing me to have to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting them. Absolutely ridiculous and I bet no one will respond to this.
