Edit: After sending an email with a picture of the empty unit and writing the review below, I got an email back stating a refund had been sent and the lease was terminated; but that came with a request to change my review. This company will only do right by you in exchange for positive reviews, not because it's the right thing to do or the right way to conduct business. It's way too much of a hassle to deal with them. Update 4/16/26 now here we go again trying to cancel the unit due to moving out and get the run around. Do not even think about storing anything with this company. Should have never taken the other review down. BEWARE!! Wanted to take the time to change the review that I had written and now deleted. To make a long story short we had some issues with getting into our daughter's unit on Saturday due to it being wrongfully locked. We waited over 3 hours or more just to be able to get into the unit. After having issues with this rental less than a month after moving in, I quickly looked for a way out. I was finally able to move my things out and gave a call to the company to make sure that I did all that was required of me when I left. I was never told that I needed to give a notice, like some others have, or that I needed to take a picture of the empty unit. I was only instructed to give a call when I had moved out. 5 years ago I rented two units from this company and not once had a problem with them. We moved but then moved back about a year ago. It has been nothing but issues since. We started at a reduced price that after 3 months moved up to normal price of $69 which is fine. Then it went to $99 after a few months and I was told they contacted me which they didn’t but had no problem getting the invoice email to me. I was told it goes up sometimes.
