Wanted to take the time to change the review that I had written and now deleted. To make a long story short we had some issues with getting into our daughter's unit on Saturday due to it being wrongfully locked. We waited over 3 hours or more just to be able to get into the unit. I want to take the time to say that the owner has went above and beyond to make things right for our daughter.
At first I wrote a negative review about this storage unit. The owner himself called me and helped me resolve all my issues and gave me a refund on charges I disputed. He was very helpful and made sure everything was addressed for me. He’s a good guy and kept his word to me. That’s all you can ask for these days. Great finish to this experience.
Great place to rent your unit the manager is the best almost every time im there if im there too long she checks on me to make sure im doing ok
DO NOT move your stuff in here. They bumped the price up from $60 a month to over a $100 month. No renovations AT ALL they have RATS BAD!! Had to throw a lot of my stuff away. The new management is HORRIBLE!
I have used Fox multiple times. Before and after the management company and I never had any issues before the management company but since the change it has been a nightmare.
