The lease states that Fox Meadows Apartments in **************************** is supposed to be "smoke free in it's entirety" is what the lease states. **** hired a smoking leasing agent and now she changed the rules to anywhere on property....just need to be 25 feet from any entry way or window. We signed a lease stating it was completely smoke free. That's what I expect.
My roommate and I applied for an apartment and put a deposit down, being told that the move in date would be by the end of the month. We applied at the end of June, it’s the end of July and we were told that the apartment we are supposed to move into is not even vacant yet. We spoke to the manager and she said that we could have a different apartment and move in by Wednesday, so when we called to see if we could make an appointment to come in and sign the lease, we were once again told that this apartment was already leased ... read more

This place is a terrible to deal with. The office staff lacks basic math ability. Also, don't take anything they tell you seriously! Get EVERYTHING in writing! This is the worst case of "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" I have ever encountered. Parking is terrible as well. I have a permit but 6 out of 7 days I have to park really far away due to all the cars without permits taking up reserved spots. The traffic noise from Horsetooth & Timberline will make you crazy. The Pits I would not recommend Fox Meadows or Caribou to anyone due to the Sh___Y manager of the complexes, the assistant managers are alright, The manager is on a power trip and is very uncooperative if you have a problem . As for snow removal in the winter the maintenance men are over worked and can't keep up with the work load. Last winter there was ice on the sidewalks and stairs along with piles of snow. people slipped on the sidewalks. Instead of giving it a thumbs up I would go with a thumbs down.
