Since moving over to Fox Mazda, I have had an impromptu stop for service, received routine maintenance, and bought a 2025 CX5. I woke up to find a screw in my tire and dropped in at 7am for assistance. They took me in quickly, replaced the tire on my 2024 Mazda 3 PPT, and sent me on my way. Work performed on my vehicle by technician was great, the service writer Jerry was unpleasant to be serviced by but any difficulties were taken care of by GM Brad.
The team here is great, especially the service advisor Jerry. He always takes time to explain any recommendations and doesn't try to upsell me parts or work that aren't an immediate need. I have a great experience every time I have to come in and I know I can always trust the team and the quality of the work.
