Joey Briggs in the service department helped me navigate getting tires and a new radiator for my daughter's car. She's a student at NMU and I felt helpless, being 7 hours away in the lower peninsula. He did all the legwork and answered all of my questions, finding me the best deal on parts/tires. Thank you Joey, I appreciate all you did for us.
Beware. I took my V8 Aviator,in excellent condition, to Fox in March of 2024 because it would sometimes misfire. They hooked it up to their fancy computer and told me I needed to have the engine replaced, only had 112000 miles on it. Wanted over $6000 to replace it with a USED engine! I took it elsewhere and they replaced the ignition coils for $300 . It has been running fine since then with no more misfires !! Aviator is made by Ford and their mechanics are supposed to be the "experts" at diagnosising their products. Theref... read more
My husband and I were about 5 hours away from home when our pickup started throwing different codes not trying to end up stranded in the U.P we figured we should take it in. They got us in and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Everyone was spectacular and genuinely seemed like they cared. We’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and it’s pretty rare to find one with actual good service. If we could we would probably drive the 5 hours every time we needed service on the truck. Highly recommend!
