Had the best experience here today. Hunter was easy to work with and had a good sense of humor, he made the process easy. Whitney is an asset to the company - our fussy 6 month old got overtired and Whitney let us use her office for a quiet dark space to get him to sleep while we waited. Great service, and my car is beautiful! Well done.
I've bought my fourth vehicle from Fox Marquette since 2013 and have not bought from anyone else during that time period. I always deal with Ryan as my sales person. I had a great experience with their service department a few months back. Their technicians were honest and the issues were explained very well. I recently was back to look at a new car and Chris in the sales department was great. The communication, kindness, and willingness to help were above what I expected, and notably better than experiences in the past. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to others.
Was in the area 5 hours from home for a snowmobile trip and the fuel gelled in truck, went into low power mode and could not get it thawed out. It was noon on a Saturday and I called the dealership and spoke with Brian in the service department. He told me to bring it in right away and they would take care of it. Went in yesterday, talked to the service advisor Andrea, she grab a tech named dale and they got my problem solved within 15 minutes. Dale was great! Efficient and kind! Andrea was great as well she was right on top of it to get my situation resolved!
