Went in yesterday, talked to the service advisor Andrea, she grab a tech named dale and they got my problem solved within 15 minutes. Dale was great! Efficient and kind! Andrea was great as well she was right on top of it to get my situation resolved!

I went to the dealership to find a 2017 Chevy Trax and was amazed at how fast the team, especially Chris O'Dell, worked to make it possible to drive it off the lot within 1.5 hours! It was a surprise for my wife and Chris made sure to go above and beyond to make the experience quick and painless. We noticed small blemishes when it was dropped off, nothing major, and when notified Chris hopped in his vehicle, drove down, picked it up and had his detailer spend an hour buffing every inch of the car.
