Had an awesome experience at Fox. Joe Brogan was my salesman and he did not miss a beat. Very courteous, not pushy at all, and remembered all the little things that I had told him. He made sure I was happy and was in constant communication with me with all the different questions that I had. I never had to wait for a response from him. I’d recommend him to anyone. Good guy!

I have a new 2026 Equinox, I am in Marquette from Wisconsin until Saturday (its Wednesday). I had an emissions light come on... the service manager refused to work me in. I asked if I was able to drive the Equinox. He indicated it probably wasn't a good idea. Seriously, I am in from out of town and refused to help and indicated it wasn't a good idea to drive? This is horrible customer service.

Catherine and Davis both were extremely helpful. I arrived in Marquette for a summer job, and needed my rear brakes fixed and an oil leak to be repaired. The previous dealership I had visited attempted to convince me to fix front brakes that did not need fixing, and to repair a non-existent transmission leak. Catherine and Davis were both very transparent with me that my front brakes were perfectly fine and no such transmission leak existed, saving me $1,800 in costs that I did not need to spend.
