Excellent customer service
After a simple oil change my truck displayed a no oil pressure turn off the vehicle immediately warning about 10 miles down the road. Had to be towed back to the shop to get it fixed. I wasn't offered anything to make up for it.
I dropped off my vehicle around 12:30 with my appointment at 2pm. At 2:56pm, I sent a text requesting an update on my vehicle. Soon after I received an email stating that my vehicle has started service. I got a call at 3:35pm to tell me that my vehicle is all set but when I got there after 4pm it was still be worked on. Had been looking for a car to fit our budget. There was not much to choose from. Found the car I wanted, seller being Joe. Contacted him and within 24 hours were signing the papers for our new ride. Basically all done over the phone/text. With both of us working we barely have time to do anything else after work. Joe made buying this suv so easy! Great place!
Catherine was an amazing service advisor! She was very responsive to my text messages and communicated often with updates on my car repair. I would recommend Catherine and the rest of the Fox Marquette Chevy service team.
