Was in middle of negotiating a deal on a vehicle without a title yet available. Rep indicated car was not available yet due to missing title. Rep knew we were very interested and ready to close the deal. Sales rep went ahead and sold car out from under us, without the title available, and no phone call to discuss further. Greatly disappointed...horrible sale rep. Dealership should be embarrassed by the lack of ethics, and commitment to its potentially new customers.

Mr. ***** was not satisfied with the sale price of our vehicle and left the dealership without committing to an agreement. Another salesperson had a customer requesting to secure the vehicle at the price listed, so they could have first right of refusal once it was offered for sale. Mr. ***** was upset about having lost his opportunity to secure this vehicle.
