RecommendedGreat Marina! Wonderful staff, always willing to go above and beyond for you. A staff who cares about you, and very well knowledge as well as excited to find the right boat that fits your needs. They take care of you from beginning to end. Great floating docks. Everything you will need from start to finish when picking out your boat to enjoying your boat right from one area.
I would never recommend buying a used boat from Fox Lake Harbor. Jeff will tell you what you want to hear until you leave. Then he doesn't follow through with anything. Every switch on my dash needs to be replaced. Jeff said they would send them because they didn't have them. Never came. Same thing with the bow light and trailer light. All pointed out and agreed to be fixed but never was. He completely lied about the livewell working. Then he said the family he sold the boat for would cover it. Still waiting Jeff! Would like to post my experience at Fox Lake Harbor on our recent boat purchase. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. To start our salesman Tim Donley was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in our recent purchase. Having to do business out of state 5 1/2 hours away the dealership (mainly Tim) made it a worry free purchase and they worked with our limited schedule. We had a great experience at Fox Lake Harbor. We fiancée and I are first time boat owners so we had a ton of questions. Tim, our salesperson, was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and went the extra mile to assist us.
