Like everyone else, if I could give negative reviews I would. Policy initiated Oct 15th, cancelled for "other" reasons on the 21st right after they took full year prepayment in advance. Paid back 66 % 5 months later. Not sure how this is not criminal.

We've had commercial liability with MUSIC for some years now. I decided to drop them one year ago, as the premiums had gotten ridiculous and we never made/make a single claim. After I dropped them, they sent a premium "audit" claiming we owed another $1891.91 for the previous year. We had already dropped them, the policy had expired, and we made zero claims (EVER!). I'd give negative stars if possible, and strongly encourage anyone even considering them to look elsewhere, even if up front premiums are less attractive. MUSIC ... read more

Absolutely worst on earth. Still haven’t paid us for Ida. After Ida, raised their rates to $10,230.00 per month for our condo association. Cost us $300,000.00 in attorneys fees. We had $900,000.00 in damages and they paid us $27,000.00, and refused to pay another penny. Had to sue them.
