Like everyone else, if I could give negative reviews I would. Policy initiated Oct 15th, cancelled for "other" reasons on the 21st right after they took full year prepayment in advance. Paid back 66 % 5 months later. Not sure how this is not criminal.
We've had commercial liability with MUSIC for some years now. I decided to drop them one year ago, as the premiums had gotten ridiculous and we never made/make a single claim. After I dropped them, they sent a premium "audit" claiming we owed another $1891.91 for the previous year. We had already dropped them, the policy had expired, and we made zero claims (EVER!).
