I lived here 10 years ago. Looking at the current pictures, these pathetic excuses of landlords never updated anything in the place. I paid 550 in rent for a 2 story apartment. It looks like they're changing over a thousand dollars now, for literally the same apartment from around 2014. The old man landlord was just pure cruel. I don’t even know why I’m bothering to give them ONE star because they don’t deserve any. I’ve witnessed first hand how aggressive and unprofessional these landlords are. They talk down on their tenants like they’re above them, they belittle anyone that tries to defend themselves. When we lived here, we had Voles living in the walls. Could hear them scurry. Told them about it, and they said you live near trees, what do you expect? Had to call one night on a Friday because there was a leak under the bathroom sink. Per their rules in the lease agreement, regardless of time or day, leaks must be reported immediately. We did that.
