Fight night, and in 1 big room, they only have 1 girl serving 30+ people and have 1 person behind the bar making drinks for the entire building. Ordered a beer and took 45 min to get it. Very piss poor job on the managerial part in not getting more people to work. The servers worked their butts off and the food was good, but the wait was terrible
Horrible service. My friends and I stopped in on Saturday (the day after my friends 21st) and the waitress at first told us we couldn't stay because my friend wasn't 21. Then after we told her she turned 21 yesterday to check the ID again, she decided we could stay but she practically ignored us all night. Both of my friends and I have been servers, so we understand the struggle when it is busy, but they were not swamped and there was plenty of servers.
