Updated review. Today which is October 20, 2018, I placed a Hold on this BMW with a $500.00 deposit verified by email with receipt. This legally holds the vehicle for 24-72 hours and is confirmed reserved on their site. They sold this car out from under me knowing of the hold I put on it and literally ignored my hold that legally held it for me. Stay away from this Dealer. They are cruel, abusive and can't be trusted. I was trying to buy a car that I been looking for a long time. A deal was on paper they pulled it off the table when I had a deposit on it and broke all communication with no explanation or resolve so we could move forward. I have cash in hand full amount and the car was already on my insurance policy. Even their text from the used car manager and salesman were abusive, and pushy and no respect or decency.
