Ashley, the main person you interact with is awful! She's so lazy! She never calls you back, she's always late, she just doesn't give a F. Fox needs to train or fire her. I actively tried to buy a house with Fox and spent over a month dealing with her, but Ashley made everything such a chore. I was constantly trying to get anywhere with her. I even had my wife attempt to deal with her, without her knowing it wife. Same result.
Do your research....you have been warned!

We purchased a home in the Sandy Creek subdivision. This is our first home. Ashley the sales rep was just amazing. She went above and beyond with every detail, from staying super late to helping pick out color selections. She had great knowledge on all product and upgrades. We are so happy with our home. The warranty department is top notch. We had not problems. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new home with personal touches.
