Called in and set up a tee time for 10:52, did not tee off until 11:10. No warning from the pro shop letting us know that things were backed up. When we got to the 1st tee, there were 7 people ahead of us, including a group of five! Forced to wait on practically every shot, and then when I got on the green, I was being hit up on!
