Probably the most ridiculous people when it comes to answering the phone. Never can get ahold of anyone even on urgent matters. Dishwasher still leaking after two years causing a hazard in our apartment yet we can’t get ahold of anybody on the phone ever. Go to front desk tell them to fix it. They pretty much just ignore the dishwasher for what ever reason. I’ve lived at Fox Hill Glens 🦊 for about 7 months. First of all it is extremely peaceful and quiet. Great vibes. There is a pond in the middle that is really a beautiful spot. The front office with Shane and others is extremely helpful and upbeat. Maintenance is kind and gets things done quick. Another big perk is that Fox Hill Glens is about 5 minutes away from Wal Mart. Along with the pond there is a creek where the ducks and geese like to hangout. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Absolutely disgusted by this place. Maintenance broke into my apartment not once but twice. They deleted the entries to my door lock. Which I have proof of in a picture of both of those days that are missed. The company did absolutely nothing about it. When I called I got a hold of the superintendent at the time I don't know his name was Ian he told me to change the door lock. So I did and they fined me $250 for that. I put the door lock back on. This place started off great when I moved in over 10 years ago. Since then, it has gone downhill fast. Every year the rent increases, but the quality of the complex has gone downhill. Every summer, don't even think about using the swimming pool or basketball courts because it's packed with outsiders coming in who think this is a free YMCA. This has been reported to management many times over the last few years, yet nothing is ever done about it. Dane, and team are excellent. Friendly when I was just looking for a place and now after four months living here they haven't changed a bit. The grounds are well carefor, buildings in good condition. Pool and patio well kept. With time on my hands I looked and visited many other nearby places and this one beats them all, no regrets. People who live here are friendly, nice to see people walking here. A lot of responsible pet owners. This is a nice place and they have Amazon delivery lockers to boot.
