So this facility has very good management. They were able to work with me, some needed information was needed or even additional information and there was a time laps of few weeks, very professional, communication was great, patients was great and the unit that was looked at was rather nice for what one was looking for. I recommend fox hill to anyone i meet looking for an apartment! I have had every horror story in the book with other management companies but fox hill has been amazing! Dane and the rest of the office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the maintenance team is VERY on top of anything we need (which isn’t much at all and shows the integrity and quality of their work) Snow removal has been phenomenal on the sidewalks and parking lot, and all around well maintained lawn care! Fox Hill Glens is number two on my new apartment home choices, yet I must say they have pushed themselves to number one by their exemplary customer service. The leasing team is 1,000% professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to explain the application process for community and the apartment features I have had a more than exemplary experience thus far and look forward to applying home.
Probably the most ridiculous people when it comes to answering the phone. Never can get ahold of anyone even on urgent matters. Dishwasher still leaking after two years causing a hazard in our apartment yet we can’t get ahold of anybody on the phone ever. Go to front desk tell them to fix it. They pretty much just ignore the dishwasher for what ever reason.
