Dane, and team are excellent. Friendly when I was just looking for a place and now after four months living here they haven't changed a bit. The grounds are well carefor, buildings in good condition. Pool and patio well kept. With time on my hands I looked and visited many other nearby places and this one beats them all, no regrets. People who live here are friendly, nice to see people walking here. A lot of responsible pet owners. This is a nice place and they have Amazon delivery lockers to boot.
I believe the greatest asset of this place is the people who work here. I've lived here for three years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. When I moved in I noticed the dishwasher was worn out, it was replaced immediately upon request. I had a problem with the AC not cooling enough, was replaced within 2 days.
After selling a home I was dreading an apartment. I was so surprised and happy to get a large, peaceful, tranquil home here with wonderful neighbors and excellent staff. My place is quiet, no trouble with cars, noise, just the geese. This is the most beautiful view from my living room and I could not be happier to have a rental of this quality.
What an amazing staff! Charles, the property manager is efficient and welcoming. The office staff is very welcoming and accommodating . The clubhouse is amazing! I recommend Fox Hill Glenns to anyone looking for a place to live in Grand Blanc.
Was in town visiting a friend and was impressed with his apartment and community feel it had. He told me the staff in the leasing office is top notch and the maintenance team was awesome as well. If I move back to the area I would definitely be looking into Foxhill Glen
