Lived here for 18 months, and I'm sad I have to leave! Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the office staff have always been friendly and consistent. No tricks. Even as various employees have come and go, the office as a whole has always maintained the same quality of service. While Grand Blanc is kind of a boring place to live, it's quiet and safe here, and if you're planning on coming out this way I think Fox Hill Glens is a winner.
We lived in this complex for 4 years. Very satisfied with the service and management of the company! Also a good location, wonderful territory. We enjoyed walking around. Quiet and cozy. Thank you to the management for the excellent attitude towards each resident. Oresta
Probably the most ridiculous people when it comes to answering the phone. Never can get ahold of anyone even on urgent matters. Dishwasher still leaking after two years causing a hazard in our apartment yet we can’t get ahold of anybody on the phone ever. Go to front desk tell them to fix it. They pretty much just ignore the dishwasher for what ever reason. Update: we’ve had the most obnoxious inconsiderate neighbors of a lifetime, had it been me paying the rent I’d most definitely withhold rent till they did something about... read more
