This property is very poorly managed. It has terrible maintenance and is NOT well kept. They allow people to move in that smoke marijuana and are felons. They current manager is very unprofessional and has threatened tenants. Not a good place to live.

This company owns Fairways at Lowry in Aurora Colorado. -Staff members are not professional, from the front desk agents to the maintenance techs they tall to tenants how they like. Close requests without contact the tenant let alone do the work . -office is 3/10 decorated so you can expect much for the units -Bathrooms in the office have no paper towels almost always no running water , no hand sanitzer -Mailboxes 7/10 of them are broken leaving the tenants open to identity theft -Elevators are always broken -Gym is gross hol... read more

Terrible, inhumane acts during Pandemic 2020. Took over and laid off everyone, then upped tenants rent.

Terrible place. They are charging me the wrong price that is different from my contract. They have harassed me into sign a new contract and I declined. Do not rent from there.

During the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, the property manager has hit out of work renters with late fees and used scare tactics such as credit reporting to intimidate people into using what little money they have saved for food to pay off their rent. It was this persons understanding that that wasn't lawful action during this time. I would appreciate the BBB investigating this operation as would many other renters I'm sure.

My experience is with the location in Northern ******** and I just have to say that this was my first apartment and hopefully my last with this company managing the complex. They have repeatedly lied to me saying they will fix something or call back and half of the time I call them back only to get the office voicemail.

The old property manager (******* K****) was amazing and i have nothing negative to say about her or the staff that worked with her during her employment.However, the new landlord is completely over her head with this property and is awful at maintaining contact regarding issues within the units. I had a black mold problem go untreated for almost these months after my original complaint to the property manager, ****. Monarch Investments and Management Group owes me my "holding fee" back for an apartment I did not move into. I have been following up since July, it is now September, to get my money back. At this point, you owe me interest, Monarch! Each contact says they "will get back to me." Unfortunately, I wasn't able to move into a Monarch property due to lack of availability and I was approved for another apartment sooner that was available for immediate move-in.
