Horrible. I lived here for 4 years and never had an issue with the previous property manager.....until the new management came in. Everything went downhill. the new maintenance man specifically told me on his first day, that he does not know what he is doing. He felt that he should have told me that up front so no issues should arise because he already told me that he doesn't know. his job.Mind me all he does is smoke crack all day.
