Satisfactory Many of our friends stay in this apartment & they are comparatively lot cheaper than the others & the location is great.Near to all the stores,mall,schools,business.But i didn't like the interior of the apartment that much as it has many apartment in each row and feels like you are going to an hotel room.Also saw that the carpet quality is too bad & they won't replace it that often.
great apartment at affordable price Located in the heart of the monroeville,this apartments are near to all the stores,church,temples.The ladies in the rental office are very friendly & they talk to the new customers very politely than to those who are already staying there.The rent of this apartments are very affordable & they have promotions like tell-a-friend & recieve $100.Apartment are very spacious & the maintanence is good although not very good.Carpets are little older & they rarely replace with new.They have tennis,... read more
AVOID Fox Hill Apartments Your rent will increase EVERY year. The carpeting is terrible. The hallways smell. New fees are added at a whim. Last year it was for water and sewage. Next it will be for HOT water. There are no "tennis COURTS", there is only ONE tennis court. The pool has been closed ALL summer. Cars get broken into. There have been fights in the parking lot. False fire alarms are frequent. The surrounding area is NOISY...kids play in the parking lots! I would not recommend Fox Hill to my friends.
