Nice apartment itself!!! Very fine living environment! Nice pool and gym!! Only problem is the Hispanic lady at the office. She locked the gym bathrooms and said I had to go back to my apartment to use the restroom. Other than that she was extremely rude to everyone in the gym!! Great to live though!
The ownership is very shady. When there was a death (suicide) in our building, they did not alert the residents, but immediately covered it up and re-rented to someone who was unaware of the death in building. This apartment complex is owned by Mill Creek. They had to re-brand recently to rename it to Alister because the reviews were so horrible. One of the worst landlords my wife and I have ever had. The management and communication is horrible. The vibe of the complex is low. And the amount of charges at end of lease for leaving a clean apartment is absurd.
I moved here in December. Day one, my movers advised me not to unpack my boxes yet because they were seeing a lot of dead roaches as they were unloading. I found dead roaches in every drawer, cabinet and all along the baseboards of the bedrooms. I immediately let the office know and they told me there was a problem in the neighboring unit but they had sprayed and I had nothing to worry about.
