Very disappointed, maintenance department needs improvement. Repairs take months to be completed, office staff pretends the maintenance team is so busy. It doesn't take weeks to replace batteries in a fire alarm device, months for a broken fan. Neighbors smoking all the time, Marijuana too

I want to give a shoutout to Joe Garcia, the maintenance service manager. My AC went out in my apt, and it felt like it would take forever for anyone to come and assess the issue, I had already been without it for 12 hours and felt hopeless. I was also told other units lost AC power on the same day. I saw him out on the property and asked for assistance or timeline of when they could come; he immediately stopped what he was doing. David was amazing! He made my apartment ready to move in, and he came by to make sure all the appliances were working. He even invited me to the neighborhood barbeque, when I had just moved in the day before. David went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was home.
