David was amazing! He made my apartment ready to move in, and he came by to make sure all the appliances were working. He even invited me to the neighborhood barbeque, when I had just moved in the day before. David went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was home.
Esdra and Allison are really helpful and kind. Just signed another 15 months renewal and I am so happy to call this place my home. Thank you so much girls. You are the best
I do not know what happened with the office staff, but they need to take some classes on customer service. For the amount of money that we pay here I would expect to be treated with respect, mostly when it is the properties responsibility to have a back up plan if weather conditions affect their projects. This Kristy should not be allowed to be a leasing agent.
