Just wonderful. Affordable and very nice and tranquility you will find a resident. I am a current resident for 2years. And the facilities are maintained quality standard.

Lived here back in the day when no one cared and weed and drugs reigned the community. Sounds like it got worse over the years! Glad to hear nobody cares about fixing things
The apartments here are super nice and I love that they added coffee bars into the buildings. The only reason I deduct a star is because they installed grills and fire pits by the pool, but they charge residents to use them. I’ve never really seen anyone use them since they’ve been built but the pool is still super nice. Not a bad place to live if you commute to the city
