Disappointed in the mail system at this apartment complex. The new system they introduced has flaws, I cannot find my mail when it says delivered, and management is not willing to go above and beyond for you. If you want a reliable place to live, this is not the place. Very disorganized and I am often still going building to building to find my mail.
I just moved in and I can’t explain how happy I am. Susan is so sweet and helpful. She walked me through everything up to my move in date. The space is just the right size. The building is very clean. The unit is so beautiful.. I love the closet spaces, the coffee bar and the balcony. It is just beautiful. I am so happy. Thank you Susan.
Don't move here. Cops always patrolling the grounds. I was on the first floor and someone and someone broke my window. They put cardboard over the window. Nothing was done. I moved out 2 weeks early before lease ended out of fear.I was a single woman living alone and was scared. After moving i got an email saying the window was fixed. Bathroom ceiling had water coming through. I made 3 attempts to get it fixed and finally fixed. There were homeless people staying over in the pool area. Just wonderful. Affordable and very nice and tranquility you will find a resident. I am a current resident for 2years. And the facilities are maintained quality standard.
I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment! Megan is simply amazing and incredibly helpful. My family and I are new to the area and Megan was so patient and made us feel welcome from the start.
