Amazing service and no non-sense advice. Fox is in the HVAC business for the people and not sales. I had previously had service and a quote from a well known Heating and Air Conditioning Company. The lay person can never truly tell if the advice is sincere. The other company told me that my freon was 2 pounds low and was quick to recommend that I replace major parts or my whole system due to a few leaks and old parts.
