This is not the level of quality or professionalism I expect, especially given the price and the standards your salon presents. I should not have to return home feeling dissatisfied or needing to fix the service myself. I am requesting that this situation be resolved promptly. Please let me know how you plan to correct this — whether through a redo with a senior technician or a refund. I expect a response as soon as possible. Thank you.

It seemed that the designer was new, and unfortunately the haircut did not turn out well. I was also disappointed that the owner did not offer any apology and the response felt inadequate. Even if other places may be more expensive, I don’t think I will return.

I got my hair done by Jennie back in May, it’s is not almost the end of July and my hair has held up amazing! It looks extremely natural and the customer service was amazing. I had to go back a few times in the beginning due to my thicker hair texture so we added more hair and a keratin treatment, but Jennie and the owner were very accommodating and when I left the salon the final time I absolutely loved it.
