Accumulated maintenance issues and gas bill issues on my ledger.
Didn’t even get past the horrible management of the leasing offices and I mean ALL of them. I called 8/11 to set up a time to view an available apartment. 8/13 I go into the leasing office only for them to say they had no idea who I was or if they even had an apartment to show. Mind you their vacancy list shows at least 8 available apartments. Left my name and number so the manager could get back to me and she never did! I have lived at this property and would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to do their research before signing a lease. During my time here, I have experienced ongoing maintenance and habitability concerns, particularly regarding heating and cooling. My HVAC system has been disconnected since the beginning of the summer, forcing me to purchase my own air conditioner because the temporary unit provided by management does not adequately cool the apartment.
