There is a hole in the parking lot, that is also the drain. It has been sinking for rhe past 4 years. The owners are too greedy to spend the money to fix it. The roof leaks, leaving water spots on the ceiling. Windows and slider are outdated. Insulation leaves a lot to be desired.

As a current resident (10/6/19) I have to say that while this place is a little much pricewise for the size of the apartment but it is cozy and the manager (Levi) does everything he can to the best of his ability. He is always working and making it easier if he can for us residents. It's the owners who I feel take their time getting back to you on things and that's what I don't like. A joke. The washers and dryers hardly work. You have to be careful because people like to take your laundry out to put theirs in. Repairs are not done in a proper timeframe, but the manager does his best with what the owners give him and allow him to do. It's the owners that make this place terrible.
