I've never had any problem with the staff as others have mentioned in reviews. They have all been courteous and helpful. Dr. Fox is better than any other psychiatrist I have seen in San Antonio. I think I've been going about 2 years, maybe more. He does not just hand out pills. Once I mentioned that I took an extra Clonazepam and he was very upset with me. Dr Fox is FANTASTIC. Been seeing him for over 10 years and he DOES take the time to listen to your concerns and answer all questions. It may take some time to get a first appointment, but, if you can wait, I highly recommend him. The staff at South TX Behavioral Medicine leaves A LOT to be desired. In the 10 years visiting, I can remember a total of 3 times I was treated in a professional manner. They always seem inconvenienced by all the patients.
Have been seeing Dr.Fox for nearly 10 years. I have received excellent care. I have needed to call at least 5 times for help with advice,care,and greatly needed support. He has always called back within the same day. He has always been sensitive and professional of my needs. I absolutely recommend his services.
