Went in for an oil change, they for some reason removed my windshield wiper blades and didn't put them back on. As I pulled out of the parking lot I went to run my wipers to clean my windshield only to find the metal arms that hold the blades, which then scratched my windshield. Went back and denied that they took the blades off at first until the tech came running out the back with my blades and put them on.
