I hate to write a bad review for a flower place, especially a local flower place, but today was such a disappointment. My husband ordered a $100 bouquet for me and it was so tiny and sad and had rotten roses in it. I called to see if they could make it right (we're regular Fox costumers so I assumed they would) and they said they'd call right back, but they never did. I eventually asked my husband to call since he was the one who made the order (and by now the whole "Romantic surprise! Nice flowers!" thing was ruined for me ... read more
Always a gamble ordering online flowers, but they nailed the flowers I ordered. It wasn't exact as pictured, but they had called and asked if substitutions were ok, and the arrangement they sent was even better then the online picture. Will definitely use again when I need to send flowers in Twin Falls.
