the program for paying rent does not work properly, I called the office and they said to pay by check, how can I pay by check if I am often on business trips,how would you feel if you need to pay for a parcel from amazon but to pay you need to come to the post office?
Update: We have a new manager. Turnover and communication is horrible. Moved units and now we see WAY more roaches! They do NOT send out pest control. But they will happily charge you for it every month. Update: WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER!! Amber is great! I called after she started and she got everything together for us quickly. I feel that a better rating is needed because of her. Been here 4 months. Still waiting for them to either fix or at least respond to fixing blinds that THEY said they were going to replace.
