Not only was the front desk lady very rude, I also had to go to a different shop the next day because this one used jewelry the as way to small for my initial piercing. The back disk in my lip started going into my lip because the disk was to small. Also if your sensitive to anything for your skin I would not recommend going into the shop as my friend who came with me and only just sat down to wait with me had to go outside because something in the air made her face break out in hive with in 10 minutes.
