This was the best piercing experience I could have asked for. The entire staff was helpful and kind and Derek was incredibly professional and personable the entire time. Wish I could leave more than five stars!
We had the most wonderful experience with my daughter’s piercing the staff was so wonderful and knowledgeable. They took their time to answer all our questions and our piercer (Jace) far exceeded my expectations!! I can’t say enough good things! The place was clean and inviting 5 stars is not enough.
Amazing place with amazing people! I believe their name is B at the front counter, but they are always very nice, patient and knowledgeable when helping. Jace who has pierced me both times is AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, nice, patient, and personable! I’m an anxious yapper and they always talk me through my piercings amazingly. Thank you guys <3
Fox and Fern is always so clean and professional and their customer service is top notch. Jace has always been my piercer and he always does such a great job and makes me feel comfortable! Love all my piercings and I will not go anywhere else!
The only way to make an appointment is online. Not having the e net on phone or at home makes it difficult. Please change it so we can make appointments over the phone. It’s a inconvenience
