This company tore down my fence that had been up around 30 years that has legal rights. As soon as they saw a legal discrepancy between the fencing and surveys, and they felt the need to tear down fencing of their client's neighbor, they should have not agreed to the work until the dispute was resolved. They also violated my "No Trespassing" signs- all 9 of them- to put up a fence that violated my driveway right of way. We were contracted to install a fence for a homeowner. The installation of the fence had to be delayed because the homeowner did not realize a permit was required. The homeowner then had the property surveyed, obtained a legal permit, and we installed the fence in compliance with the conditions of the permit. The fence was installed approximately four inches inside our customer's property line.
