Was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, showed me the unit properly, helped me get everything like locks and insurance. Was also very friendly and chill. Highly recommend as it is also very clean
We have used this storage company for several years but recently chose to move our belongings out. When we requested to downsize to a smaller, cheaper unit, we were told the smallest available was a 10 x 10, saving us only $37 per month. I'm aware they have 5 x 10 units for much less than the $137 we were paying. This isn't the first issue we've faced. Previously, they changed our locks without notification, and when we reported it, they couldn't find the keys. A staff member had to cut off our lock and provide a new one. Th... read more
