I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Fox Equipment. Professional service, fast turn around, and unbeatable prices. They have my ‘70’s era snowblower running tip-top and keep all my lawn equipment up-to-snuff.
Stay away. They gave a friend a ridiculous run around trying to return a part. Not only did they want to charge 20% restocking fee but also add on the shipment cost, which it did NOT state on the receipt. When questioned, owner became belligerent and totally unprofessional. And this is why local retail is dying while Amazon takes over the world.
A receipt is indeed a contract!!
If you put on a receipt that you accept returns, you should accept it!
Gave a friend a hard time about a refund.
