I’ve literally never use this place, so I cannot speak to their quality of work. But I can tell you that whoever was driving their truck today on 150 was kind enough to let me over while we were stopped in traffic after nine people did not let me over. so props to that guy!
Exceptional customer experience. The after-sales service resolved our problem, quickly and politely. We had a great install of a large boat lift to an already existing dock, last summer. This summer, Fox Docks repaired an issue to a portion of the dock with great customer service, once again.
Great experience working with Fox Docks. Brooke took his time and led us through the project from ideas, design, build and cleanup. The dock is high quality and exceeded our expectations.
After watching Brooke and his team from Fox Docks build our neighbors dock, which is beautiful by the way, I walked over and asked Brooke to give me a quote. "Thank you for calling Fox Docks. I’m sorry but we’re unable to provide dock repair work at this time due to a local labor shortage." Concerning response from a company that helps with docks! I was really hoping to work with this company on my originally built 1998 dock which is in dire need of either repair or full replacement. Unfortunately it seems Fox Docks no longer has the capacity they used to as I didn't even receive a call back inquiring further about my requested sow.
