I have been going to Fox Dental since I was a child and watched it grow and change hands. The staff there has always and continues to be kind and welcoming. I also appreciate now, that I am aging, that Dr. Ngu is conservative with her methods and attempts to keep my natural teeth intact for as long as possible instead of pushing crowns and implants. The staff is also very knowledgeable about dental plans and what they cover and don’t cover so you don’t get surprise bills in the mail!

We just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. We had a great experience with the dentist and hygienists ant Fox Dental. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Fox Dental.

What a joke of a place. Called to clarify on a bill that I received in the mail because… I pay my bills. I didn’t have my cards on me for them to look it up to see if I payed that day. I said I would have to follow up again when I have them as I’m not paying a bill that I already payed for. I received a text saying they cancelled my future appointment. Don't take them at their word. If they say that they'll cover something if issues arise in the future or help you fight your insurance for coverage, then be sure to get it in writing. Their staff seems to have a tendency of making statements or promises then turning around and denying them if/when the time comes to actually follow through on those statements or promises. At least if you get it in writing then you might stand a slim chance at getting them to follow through on their word.
