All the office manager want over there are people on housing….. If you not on housing & you late on your rent of course she files eviction & won’t accept your payment… Charging different prices for rent for the tenants that’s not on housing… They were better off with Robin in charge at least she kept the property up & charge right amount of rent each month…Don’t answer the phone when calling…
I lived here almost 7 years when I first moved here it was tha most quietest cleanest apartments complex I have ever seen. Me and tha manager didn't see eye to eye but I tell u tha truth she was tha best and most attentive manager I ever had always did her job in a timely fashion we never had to worry about anything not even crime she had this thing together 2 years ago new management bought this place and fired her tha worst mistake they have ever made. The mice over here is bad we been dealing with mice for about 2 years now and they never go away. The apartments are quite overall but the mice are ridiculous!
