Zane, Teri, charlie and the team there is absolutely great. Above and beyond does not begin to describe how fantastic everyone is, I can not recommend enough!
They did a great job on my Challenger!
Communication was great initially, however, my vehicle was moved from their lot without so much a warning or word while I was waiting for my claim to be processed. When I emailed to inquire about my vehicle, I was then told it had been moved. I called the tow company they used, provided time and dated emails from GAP (the claim that took so long) and the email chain from my contact at the collision center and they waived all storage fees but I will now have to pay the tow fee.
