I have been coming to Fox & Co. Salon Spa for haircuts with Harold for over twenty years. Unfortunately, I came in for “partial highlights’ and had my entire head of auburn hair BLEACHED to yellow. I will never forget when Harold took the towel off my head and said there was nothing he could do to fix it!
