The Service Department Billed me without prior authorization or consent for $358.40 . I brought my 2021 Ram in for a Recall which was supposed to be free of charge to the customer and they charged me $92.50 for a free Recall . They also charged me $185 to tell me I needed to pay Over $3100 for new headlights because my lowbeam lights weren’t Working. Easiest and fastest used car buying experience we have ever had, and we have bought a few cars in our life. Ask for Bruce Wittenbach if you want a used and don't want the typical used car buying experience.
I wish more dealerships were like this one. At no point did I feel like I was taken advantage of and they were very kind and friendly. Fox in general does well on most of their dealerships. This one is one of their best. Wish I lived closer to go here every time I need a car.
